AIR KELAPA

Umum sudah tahu tentang khasiat buah kelapa dan kepelbagaian guna pokok kelapa. Air kelapa yang jernih itu mempunyai bermacam-macam khasiat. Petua orang tua-tua yang masih saya amalkan sekarang ada beberapa iaitu, jika keracunan, boleh ditawarkan dengan air kelapa, jika mabuk/alahan semasa awal kehamilan, elok amalkan meminum air kelapa, selain dapat kurang alahan, air kelapa juga elok untuk kulit bayi. Selain itu jika kita baru sampai dari perjalanan yang jauh, elok lah disegarkan dengan air kelapa, kata orang tua-tua, buat pemulih semangat, sebaiknya bacalah selawat dahulu sebelum meminumnya. Sangat baik terutama untuk kanak-kanak. Perjalanan yang jauh dan memakan masa yang berjam-jam, badan dah letih, kanak-kanak selalunya akan meragam, jadi dengan meminum air kelapa akan menyegarkan badan. di sini saya ingin kongsikan banyak lagi kebaikan air kelapa yang dipetik dari blog HEALTH TIPS
